Name: Faden
~*~
Age: 4 years old
~*~
Pack: Rising Pines
~*~
Gender: Female
~*~
Position: Pack Member
~*~
Description: She is a mix of faded brown, silver-gray, and white. Her eyes are a ghastly yellow, which can change into a warm hazel depending upon her mood that particular moment of the day. Her breed is a mix between a Grey and Eastern wolf. She has characteristics of both breeds (mainly her coloration and size).
~*~
Personality: Faden is a calm wolf, thought get her riled and she will have you bend to the ground. She is not afraid to grasp an unruly wolf with her teeth to set them straight, nor is she afraid to kick those out of the pack who might overthrow the alphas or disobey their authority. She does her job well, especially when it comes to protecting and serving the alphas.
~*~
History: Her life was not very spectacular, there were a few instances particularly worth mentioning simply because they changed Faden into the wolfess she is today. The first would be her abandonment from her original pack. Her mother was a common nurse wolf, who was not supposed to have pups on her own. The beta found out, and rushed back to the alphas, telling them about their nurse-wolf's mistake. Her punishment was to kill all but one of her pups. Thus, the nurse-wolf destroyed all of her loves save faden. She then named the lone pup after her feelings for her meaningless life, fading away in front of her very eyes.
The strain of the damage slowly killed the nurse-wolf, and she died shortly after Faden was weaned off of her milk. Angered by all that had occurred, and jealous for unable to produce an heir of her own, the alpha kicked Faden from the pack. She resented this, and later returned to kill the alphas, who was no longer around when she returned. After struggling alone for months, another pack picked up Faden, who was now near the age of one. The pack turned out very violent. They murdered other wandering wolves for the fun of it, but when they came across this wolf, with much anger in her heart, they could not resist. She remained with this pack for two years, killing others ruthlessly, getting out her rage.
It was not long before Faden resented even the scent of blood from her own species. She left the pack, being nipped at as she did so, to find a calmer, more suitable home. It is this year that she has found the pack that she desires the most, the pack of the peace-keepers.
~*~
Dreams/Secrets: Faden has many dreams, she wants to become an alphess to an extra ordinary pack, have pups of her own, fall in love, and even get to see the pack who turned their backs on her. She wants them to know that her heart has settled and she is at peace now. As for her secrets, she tries to keep it a secret that she loved the days when she killed other members of her species for the fun of it. She wishes she could hate that part of her past, but that is not true. She only became tired of the sport, she would trail behind, and no longer cared for the blood all over her pelt.
~*~
In-Character:
Her ears were set forward. The caribou would be moving toward the south soon. The winter came on stronger this year than it ever had before, the wolf could feel it in her bones, crawling under her skin. A gust of cold wind blew past her, picking up her fur along with it, as did it bring the sound of the caribou, moving towards the pack's camp. She turned her head, signaling for the others to be ready. Within moments of turning her attention back to the scene, the caribou came forward. The large bucks lead the front, watching the trees for any movement. Some of the calves followed closely behind their mothers, right near their heels in case a wolf was stupid enough to run after them.
Faden watched the herd move with great intensity. She waited for the bucks to move past her pack's stations. They were nearly there, just a a few more feet...She made her move, running towards the back of the pack, Faden locked onto her perfect target. It was a younger female caribou, and she fell behind the herd with every step she took toward her. Her fellow pack members distracted the front of the herd as she and her trainee went for the kill...
